As the regulations relating to Covid19 are relaxed, our office is now open every weekday from 8.30am – 4pm.
It is important to Elite Funerals that we work in providing an essential service, that we remain capable enough to serve our clients in the personal way that we always have.
Currently we must abide by the Government Regulations of a maximum of 20 people at a funeral service.
Live streaming of funeral services is available to those who cannot attend and we have other creative ways that people can be included in the ceremony, even though they cannot personally attend.
The social distancing rules contradict everything that funerals should be; people coming together to mourn the loss of someone they love, support you in your time of grief, take an active part in the ceremony and gather together after the ceremony for food and reminiscing.
Rest assured, that at Elite Funerals, we will do whatever we can to encourage inclusion while abiding by the Government regulations.
At Need Funeral Arrangements
Funeral arrangements can still take place in our office at 206 Canterbury Road (opp. railway station) by appointment, please only three people to attend. We can facilitate video link to any other people who would have liked to be present to make funeral arrangements.
Pre Need Funeral Arrangements
In order to limit social interaction, pre-need enquiries will be handled via phone and email, unless a death is imminent.
We are known for the beautiful selection of urns we provide and the ability for you to choose from our stock on the premises. We are still able to accommodate you in the office to make a choice personally.
We would be pleased to assist you in the future with the planning of a Celebration of Life Memorial Service for your loved one. We can offer many different options with these type of services including a service for the scattering of ashes. Please check our website www.elitefunerals.com.au and click on the Beautiful Farewells options.
