Conditions

• Package provides a 30 minute service within crematorium chapel only. If a church service is required prior to cremation, the package is void.

• No extra time in chapel will be allocated.

• Any crematorium within the Sydney metropolitan area may be used for the service.

• Viewing is to be held during business hours, at Elite Funerals for 1 hour only.

• Day and time of viewing to be set according to funeral home schedule.

• Last AM booking to commence 9:30am.

• First PM booking to commence 2pm.

• Only listed extras may be added to package price. If additional extras are required, package is void.

• Full payment required within 7 days of funeral service. If not paid within 7 days, $500 account management fee applies.

• Price includes GST.
